Our standard precision milled log is 16 feet long, and we can produce long logs over 50 feet in length. Full Swedish cope with saddle notch corners is also standard. Milled logs can also be hand peeled to give a more rustic look to your home. Our Pioneer handcrafted series does not use butt joints - all logs are full length.

We use only dead-standing timber to minimize shrinkage and settling. Our unique WeatherLock spline system on our milled logs offers you the highest level of weather sealing. We control the logs from the time they are harvested in the forest through delivery to your home site. We personally work with you to identify a floor plan and design that fits your building lot, lifestyle and budget. Our factory design staff produces full construction drawings ready to submit to your specific County or City's building code requirements. Custom design prices start at only $.75 per square foot. A CD ROM can be provided along with professional engineering services per the local code requirements. We also work closely with independent architects, if you prefer.
